By downloading, installing, or using Photo Studio ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Keysersoft ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on a device that you own or control.

The App allows you to edit photos and create content ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
We do not claim ownership of your User Content. Photos you edit are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose to share them.
The App offers optional in-app purchases to remove advertisements. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
The free version of the App displays advertisements from third-party advertising networks. By using the App, you consent to the display of such advertisements. You may remove advertisements by making an in-app purchase.
The App, including its design, features, content, and functionality, is owned by Keysersoft and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The App's name, logo, and all related names, logos, and slogans are trademarks of Keysersoft.
Filters, effects, stickers, frames, and other creative assets included in the App are licensed for use within the App only and may not be extracted or used separately.
The App may integrate with third-party services such as social media platforms for sharing. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEYSERSOFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Keysersoft and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
