Introduction

Sign PDF ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") is built to be private by design. The App lets you open, fill and sign PDF documents entirely on your device. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App does — and does not — handle. In short: we do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data or documents.

By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

None. Sign PDF has no user accounts, no sign-up, and no backend servers of our own. We do not collect personal information, we do not track you, and we do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

Your Documents and Signatures

• On-device only: The PDF documents you open, the signatures you create (drawn, photographed, or typed), your saved signatures, "Quick Fields", and any text or dates you add are processed and stored only on your device.
• Never uploaded: Your documents and signatures are never sent to us or to any third party. The App works fully offline.
• You control sharing: A signed PDF leaves your device only when you explicitly choose to share or export it using the standard iOS share sheet. What happens after that is governed by the destination you pick (e.g. Mail, Files, another app).

Camera and Photos

If you use the document scanner or capture a signature from a photo, the App accesses your camera or a photo you select. These images are processed locally to build your document or signature and are not transmitted anywhere. You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time in the iOS Settings app.

In-App Purchases

Sign PDF offers an optional "Pro" subscription and a lifetime unlock. All payments and subscription management are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. The App only checks your purchase status locally through Apple's StoreKit to unlock Pro features — this does not identify you to us.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.

Your Rights

Because we do not collect or hold any personal data about you, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete. All of your content lives on your device and is removed when you delete the App or the relevant documents. If you have questions about your privacy, you can contact us at any time.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
